About the photographer

I came into photography during my student days in the seaside town of St Andrews, Scotland. I've always taken pictures, but it wasn't until I began to study the work of the early masters that I felt the urge to pick up a 'big' camera with anything more than a passing curiosity. Shortly after, I became the proud owner of my first D-SLR and began trading sleep for early mornings on the beach learning my craft.

Landscape photography for me is about more than just documenting locations, collecting memories or making pretty pictures - it's also about adventure, exploration and developing a deeper appreciation of the world around us. The images on this site mark the best of the journey so far, and I hope my portfolio will continue to grow as my travels range wider.

All images are available as prints and finished products, and for any custom requests, general enquiries or any else, please feel free to get in touch.

Cheers, and enjoy your browse! - Adam
